b) Oversee proposal presentation, including literature review, discussion with statistician, methodology, and project analysis.
c) Ensure that the proposal is presented in the department no later than 9 months into Phase 2.
d) Instruct students to submit their title and preferred supervisors to the PG office within 6 months of the start of their second year.

g) Oversee dissertation preparation and allow students to submit their dissertations to the PG office at least 6 months before the final examination.

1.1 To ensure an effective selection of candidates and efficient delivery of teaching and examination activities by the Department of Neurosciences for the Integrated Neuroscience Programme (INP).
1.2 To equip graduates for career opportunities in neuroscience for public, private and industry sectors.
1.3 To provide a broad knowledge and understanding of the key areas in fundamental and translational neuroscience pertaining to molecular, cellular and behavioural aspects of the nervous system functions and dysfunctions.
1.4 To provide a foundation for those who wish to pursue Doctor of Neuroscience (Neuros.D).
1.5 To provide appreciations and understanding of the current research methods used in neuroscience, including their strengths and limitations.
1.6 To develop abilities to design, plan and implement independent research projects and enhance analytical skills in the studies of the nervous system for a wide research dissemination and publication, with good academic and research integrity.
